On Running Flagship
About this project
This project provided a new flagship retail store for the upstart luxury athletic brand On Running, the Swiss company famous for its athletic shoes. Located in the NoHo neighborhood of New York City, the 3,500 sf retail space occupies the first floor and cellar in a prominent corner of the neighborhood. Our office coordinated with the designer Andreas Bozarth Fornell and his company, Specific Generic, to provide Architect of Record services for all finishes, displays, fitting rooms, signage, and the “magic wall” that dominates the space and provides product storage and an interactive customer experience. A new floor opening was also created to place a new stair leading down to the cellar level lounge area and storage.
