In the Groove

ABA’s facade design uses small, rough rusticated accent blocks for the Claremont at Union Square, at 126 University Place. The building was featured in an article in the New York Sun.  The façade is a mix of both smooth-honed and split-faced limestone, which alternates on each floor to give a perception of a solid stone which has been carved away to reveal the layers underneath.
